New Patients at Osage Chiropractic

When you visit our office for the first time, we ask that you bring your ID and insurance information. Please have your online paperwork completed prior to your appointment. Due to scheduling constraints, if the paperwork isn’t completed, your new patient appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Our new patient intake procedure may require two visits. The first visit is typically 30-45 minutes, not including the completion of paperwork. Comfortable clothing, without zippers or buttons, is preferred for the examination.

The Initial Consult

Upon check-in, you will be escorted to our consultation rooms. Dr. Corey will talk to you about any health concerns, complete a health history and discuss your goals for care. He will also review the procedures that may be used and his approach to chiropractic care.

Next, he will conduct a chiropractic examination and administer whatever tests he deems necessary, which may include scans and/or x-rays.

When You Return

The second visit is for the report of findings; it can last about 30 minutes. Dr. Corey will review some of the basic information from your first visit, go over the results of your previous tests and x-rays with you and discuss how it relates to any of your health concerns.

Then, Dr. Corey will outline your customized care plan and answer any questions you may have.

Regular visits are scheduled based on the frequency recommended. Typical visits during any active or corrective phases of your care plan may last anywhere from 10-25 minutes, depending on the treatment and services provided. Periodic progress evaluations will be built in as well to determine how effective your care has been and if any alterations to the plan or services needs to occur.
